Wolcott Mannequins: A Halloween Destination

The Wolcott Main Street Organization proposed that local businesses sponsor a mannequin to dress up for Halloween festivities. The goal was to be as spooky as possible!

Wolcott’s location on US-24 allowed for many visitors to stop by for photo-ops… including visitors from out of state! Well done, Wolcott Main Street. We look forward to more community events *hint hint* Wolcott Winterland!
